Production Diary 4: Testing of ideas and start of production

Team-working

Today we created plastercine models for the first ident. We decided to start the art ident first. We attempted stop-motion animation for the first time. The first attempt didn't go well, so we reshot some of parts of the idents again, until we were satisfied with the results. Afterwards, me and kenny edited the ident together. Kenny edited the stop-motion sequence while i added effects and colour corrected the final cut. 

We started working on our second ident, the studio idea. We weren't able to gain access to the studio at the time, so we had to shoot the ident in another room. 

Quality mangement 

I think we managed our time well as a team. We had a limited amount of time in certain locations. For example we were only allowed to shoot in the studio for an hour and 30 mins. We were able to film all footage and edit them. In terms of quality control and management, we kept to the schedule we planned and even further developed the concept of our idents. Overall we worked well this week.
