Team-working and quality management

Today we started shooting our actual idents. The first ident we started on was the art one. This ident was going to be promoting the art show and enrichment activists that the college hosts.  We chose to start this one first, because it was the first ident we planned out thorougly. The first thing we did was make the plasticine models. We took turns making the models. We then recorded the video part of the ident. We then started the stop-motion animation.  We decided it was best to get all of the footage for the idents, before editing them together. 

We also decided to shoot the idents on different days. This made it easier for us to make any potential changes to idents during the week.

Meeting deadlines 

We were able to meet the deadlines that we set for ourselves. It was important that we kept to these deadlines. Failing to meet the deadline would have resulted in major setbacks for our production.
